prefer someone who has MLS experience filling in listings, following realtor rules, for at least one of the three of you....you will share the job and cross train...

Sunday you will be on the site greeting customers, assisting with showings etc.
hours are 11-3 pm
during the week in the office in Milford will be 9-1 ( 9:30 to 1:30 also possible)
You can work Sunday, plus two or three days of your choice, so we have coverage between the three of you all week long...you will share a job, advertising, listing on MLS, preparing specifications and handouts, assist in promotions, showings, etc., as required by your job. Interesting, challenging and part time so you can still be a MOM...
