I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I know I can!

Have you been to see Thomas at the Edaville Railroad...He thinks he can, he knows he can!  Taking that first step into real estate is scary!  I know, because I was there once and it was scary!  But, once you get your first home, it rises and falls with the market.  Just don't panic, if you can get prequalified and you can afford the payments, you stay until the market rises, then sell and go for the next home!

You may need guidance, but real estate sales people have lots of ways to help you.  They can show you comparable homes, they can show you new homes and old homes, they can help you find a bank and help you talk to someone who can prequalify you.  Guiding you to experts is often helpful, then you of course have an attorney to guide you through your transaction.

There is no charge to view real estate, or talk to a real estate sales person.  Howard and I have been well known in the area for building entry level housing for over 40 years.  Once people had to move "out."...yes, can you believe that, they called moving to Ashland, moving out!   Yes, no "kidding", they wanted to know where it was when I advertised Ashland....now Ashland is a wonderful town that everyone knows, and people love living there.  We can still sell you a new home in Ashland, ask about our town homes on America Blvd, at Village of America.  Named after the birth of the United States, it is one of the most popular areas in Metrowest and has been featured on TV, you can see that in older blogs on this site.  Gorgeous contemporary townhomes with two car garages, from the $300,000's.

Now moving out means Bellingham and Uxbridge....and people say, well we think we know where Bellingham is, but where is Uxbridge!   Moving out!...yes, when we started in Ashland the prices were $39,990 for a townhome and interest rates during the early days of building Ashland went to 10%, yikes!

What more can I say....other than the folks who bought "out"  always find themselves "in", eventually... Uxbridge....is "out" today, but it is very close to Milford, Franklin, Wrentham, Foxboro, only about 20 minutes or so....and the action is moving that way.  IF YOU BUY IN UXBRIDGE, YOU CAN SAVE...up to $100,000 give or take, depending on the house you choose, for example a Jasmine....you need to consider $700,000's and more at this writing in Holliston at Top of the World,  or MARLBORO, in the Wayside Inn District, but we have one lot left in Uxbridge that is acre plus or minus that would take a Jasmine, and you will love the price...you need to see the value, then hear the price from our lips to your ears, because you will be surprised!

So think about Uxbridge, especially if this is your first home.... just off Rt 146, near the Court House , about  25 minutes plus or minus in all directions, Providence, Worcester, Framingham, Franklin, Foxboro, Wrentham...think about it, it is a small hub, near Rhode Island, and Connecticut border, in the Blackstone Valley with parks, river, canoeing and more.  Move "out" or  as they once said, MOVE WEST YOUNG MAN, (woman)!  UXBRIDGE...FROM THE $200,000's  "comon!", isn't that price worth finding out more!

It costs you nothing to call now 508-881-6662, make that appointment to meet us in Ashland or Milford office , see our homes under construction, get prices in Uxbridge, then go choose your lot, the rest will be the start of YOUR HISTORY!  When you look back, I hope you remember this story, so you can help your own children get started in investing in real estate, by living it!

Investigate, think, plan, check mileage and driving times, don't take my word for any reason, then make your decision, that is the important one.  We hope to see you visiting us soon!
