Top of the World in Holliston, one of the most beautiful places to live in Massachusetts

Maybe this wonderful location was our blueberry site in the long ago.....
This is only a peek of what it looks like at TOP OF THE WORLD...we are sure you will love it!

If you have been waiting to make that big purchase, you will be happy you put it off till now.  Howard ( he is the boss, and my husband) is on the site almost daily, orchestrating the preparation of the magnificent homesites... So, come on over , choose your lot , your home , your price range.  Prices are hovering around $700,000'-$800.000's depending on your choice of house, and your choice of lot...plus what you want for customizing.  Please call us for a drive tour to our special  skyline...508-881-6662

At the present time, we are building about 5 houses so if you need a quick move in, we will be ready. They will be available for move in just around Christmas if you act fast, or after the New Year, if you can't act fast.   We are building different styles and sizes, so we can vary your choices...and lot selection, some with attached garage, some with garage under...one has a hide away for the woman of the house to store her china, and precious items, plus  a farmer's porch for sky line views in the early evening when Dad comes home to relax with a cold drink on the front porch.  Talk about dream time...!!!  You have to see this model....508-881-6662 come see the plan selections...

How about a snuggle with the kids before the fireplace in the continental den on the second floor with  a late night hot chocolate, but only until the tooth  fairy comes.  Of course if you don't like our choice of homes and lots, we still have a big selection of other lots ,  because the Tonka Toys have been busy creating more lots in the sky where moonbeams can find  bedroom windows , to peek under  and bring you a peaceful sleep, far from the sounds of traffic and the hubbub of the city.

Our popular updated 2013 styles are many , most with fireplaces, collection rooms for the kids and (you), 2nd floor laundry, even a cedar closet near the laundry in one of the new styles. many have 2nd floor continental den and most feature pantry kitchens, choice of cabinets, flooring, carpet, colors and more.  Semi customizing available.  Our selection of lots is interesting, trees, rock outcroppings, elegant driveway entry, views as far as the eye can see.  But, then Howard Fafard is known for great artistry with the land, just look at our older condominiums off of Fruit Street, they are tucked in a forest now, this many years later...but, that is only because we have been building Metrowest for over 45 years.

Who would have ever dreamed.....?
When I was a little girl, my friend Bobby Thomas and I used to walk from our homes just down the street in Framingham to a place near here, we called it elevator rock, because we thought it was sky high.  Maybe because we were young we did not know it, but we might have been standing in this beautiful area of Holliston, those many years ago.  It was our blueberry patch  in the sky, in the days when "kids' were allowed to roam for blueberries and parents never knew where we were. Oh, oh!

When the pilgrims came, like all of us, they moved west to the country.  It was always about land.  It sill is about land.  This land belonged to the Leland family, who owned many acres in the Metrowest area, including all the way to Milford where we finished our last single and multi family homes about a year ago.  The Leland family owned what seems like the whole area around here, which is approximately where the 4 town corners meet, the intersection of Fruit Street, Ashland with Rt 126.

Leland Stanford, who founded Stanford University was a member of this pioneer New England family and founder of the Union Pacific Railroad.  We are steeped in history....the streets carry the names relating to the past...and sometimes when you look at the sky as the clouds dip down to kiss the earth here, you think you are in heaven.

You can tell, my roots are in the soil of this beautiful area we all call home...please call for a tour!  My childhood home a Sears and Roebuck house, still stands just about a mile down the street in Framingham.  Welcome to our world!
