It's something I have seen on and off and thought how good it was, but did not think to pass along the thoughts. Today I was jolted and thought, why didn't I say it.....because when I went to my mandatory 2 credit class on OFFERS, for my real estate license, I was pleasantly surprised to hear the instruction point out this blog as being very good and informative...
