3.91% is still a wonderful rate, still incredibly low....SO....borrow the money from the parents, your great aunt who has no kids, or find out if you are qualified to get a low down payment loan, but DON'T HESITATE..... AND ...I won't whisper this, check out the Mass Housing Mortgage rate...ask Tim about it...508-881-6662, you can probably buy for under $10,000.00 deposit in Uxbridge if you qualify...
I think everyone has to agree, the rates will climb, just as prices are on the rise...demand creates shortages, of labor, supplies, and ability to produce on time, these demands translate into higher prices
