I got so scared, I got a part time job as a teachers assistant in a day care in Natick, to pay the mortgage, of about $200 a month.
I loved my new home, with a black , white and pink kitchen. We planted a weeping willow down by the brook in the back yard. We eventually added on a car port, and we waited until we could make enough money to sell and move back to Framingham. Each Christmas, we bought a living tree, that I would plant in the yard, ( the hole was dug , waiting for it, in the fall).
So...first time buyers...remember to look outside of Framingham area for your first home...our prices for new homes start in the $200,000's in Uxbridge...find it on the map, check out your drive times.
I bet if you live in Hudson, Sudbury, Northboro, Wrentham or any of the outlying towns, you might find yourself driving as far as you would if you lived in Uxbridge, so check your drive times.
